The ISEQ was up 47 points, nearly 1%, to 5147 just before 11am boosted by evenly spread gains.

THE ISEQ broke the 4,400 level in mid-afternoon trading yesterday before settling at 4,399.40 a gain of 12.82 points. Steady volumes across the board were indicative of trading across European bourses.
