DOZENS of parking spaces will be removed to make way for the first phase of a new €7 million network of cycle lanes linking Cork city to the suburbs.

A 24-HOUR petrol station was described as an affront to neighbours, the people of Cork and planning laws, but the operators claimed they were entitled to carry on the business.
