A pregnant mother-of-four was strangled to death in her home while her children spent the night at their father’s house, a murder trial has heard.

The The Royal Victoria hospital in Belfast has set up a counselling service after it was confirmed that the organs of dead children were kept there without their parents’ knowledge.
