The Abbey Theatre and playwright Mark O’Rowe have scooped a prestigious award at the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland.

The Consumer Council in Northern Ireland has teamed up with an independent banking advice network to help more consumers have their say on bank charges, penalties and fees.

The Arts Council, the national agency for development of the Arts, is to seek €60m in funding from Government.
