SVENSKA CELLULOSA AB (SCA), Sweden’s largest tissue maker, said it will sell some packaging operations in Ireland and Britain to Spain’s Saica for £100 million (€126m) and close a container board mill to cut capacity.

The maker of Velvet toilet tissue warned today that its UK workforce could bear the brunt of a restructuring set to cost 3,600 jobs.
