SUPERVALU has announced an 8% increase in sales in the Republic to €1.67 billion for the year to December 31 2003.

Musgrave SuperValu-Centra (MSVC) has confirmed that it has completed the transfer of five SuperValu supermarkets, acquired in February this year, to independent retailers.
