THE multi-million-dollar lawsuit being taken by the family of a Limerick woman who died after undergoing a facelift by a discredited US plastic surgeon will open in the New York Supreme Court on February 21, the family’s lawyer revealed last night.

A NEW York law firm is preparing a multi-million dollar lawsuit on behalf of the family of Limerick woman Kay Cregan, who died after undergoing plastic surgery carried out by Dr Michael Sachs at his Manhattan clinic.

JUNIOR Health Minister Tim O’Malley yesterday condemned the manner in which New York plastic surgeon Dr Michael Sachs was able to advertise his services in this country to attract patients.
