A spokesperson for travellers living in South Dublin says the survivors of the Carrickmines halting site fire are happy with the location of the new emergency halting site, despite the lack of facilities.

The five children and five adults who perished in the Carrickmines fire tragedy last weekend may not be buried for a number of days because of difficulties in identifying the remains.
