There were two major upsets, as well as a few minor ones, on the opening day of the Irish Cup meeting at Limerick Racecourse yesterday but the majority of the fancied contenders are still standing.

Lochbo Benny collected his second Cup of the season at the Cork meeting at Blarney yesterday with an impressive eight lengths success over Camarillo Blonde, who was having her first outing of the year.
