THE Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association (ICSFA) has strongly objected to the introduction of electronic sheep-tagging.

COMPULSORY electronic tagging of sheep would have severe detrimental consequences for the sector, the Irish Farmers Association warned yesterday.
