The Irish Competition Authority has approved the acquisition by Scottish Radio Holdings PLC of Capital Radio Productions Ltd, Scottish Radio has said.

British media group Scottish Radio Holdings PLC reported strong growth in the year to September 30, 2003, and said it has continued into the current year.

TODAY FM owner Scottish Radio Holdings’s Irish businesses are not performing as well as its British assets, where full year sales are expected to rise 18% for the full year.
