DUBLIN chairman John Bailey has accused GAA authorities of failing hurling in the capital by deciding not to play the county’s All-Ireland minor hurling semi-final before the county seniors’ last-eight fixture in Croke Park on August 20.

Dublin under-21 manager Tommy Naughton is set to take charge of the county's senior hurlers in a caretaker capacity until the Dublin County management committee select a long-term replacement for the departed Humphrey Kelleher.
