MORE than 300 customers who bought “toxic” sofas which they claim left them with rashes and burns will not receive compensation, a solicitor said yesterday.

A CUSTOMER left seriously disabled after contracting food poisoning from eating a kebab is suing a restaurant owner for more than €445,614, his lawyer confirmed yesterday.
