Three people are to be charged in connection with the sectarian murder of Portadown Catholic Robert Hamill, the North's Public Prosecution Service (PPS) has said.

The murder of a Roman Catholic man killed by a sectarian mob while the PSNI were nearby will be probed in a public inquiry opening today.
