A luxury car worth up to €50,000 was one of two vehicles seized by the Criminal Assets Bureau in Waterford city early on Tuesday.

The Criminal Assets Bureau is examining the purchase of lands and homes by a convicted drug dealer along the border.

It came as part of an investigation in relation to the sale and supply of illegal drugs in the Cavan-Monaghan area.
