BETHRAH came with a flying late challenge to give Dermot Weld his fourth win in the Etihad Airways Irish 1000 Guineas at the Curragh yesterday.

CANFORD CLIFFS, despite obvious worries regarding his abilty to truly stay a stiff mile, gets the vote in the Abu Dhabi Irish 2000 Guineas at the Curragh this afternoon.
