Dublin-based hotel and accommodation specialist Prem Group is in advanced talks to buy two more hotels — one in Ireland and one in the UK — on the back of it landing the Tulfarris resort in Co Wicklow.

Dublin-based hotel management company PREM Group has a number of properties in its sights, having raised €30m in funding to continue its expansion across Europe.

Dublin-headquartered telecoms firm, Viatel is set to invest €125m in new acquisitions and capital expenditure which will be funded by Proventus Capital Partners. 

Renewable energy group Gaelectric has raised €65m in fresh loan funding, which will help finance the company’s plan to meet the energy needs of 85,000 homes by 2017.
