Ireland’s Olympic rowing heroes have urged teenagers to have absolute “confidence and belief” in themselves as they pursue their dreams.

Tyco scooped the prestigious Cork Company of the Year award at Cork Chamber’s annual gala dinner at City Hall last night.

For a company used to finding innovative ways of putting people in the shop window the tables have now been turned on Platform Avenue as they bid to scoop a major award in recognition of their work.
