Business support services group DCC has been successful in the Hsinchu District Court in Taiwan in its proceedings against Phisiang Machinery Manufacturing Company, its Chairman Donald Wu and his wife Jenny Wu.

DCC has taken another step closer to claiming the €18.7 million in damages it was awarded by the High Court in London earlier this year.

Support Services company DCC has eported an 11% fall in first half pre-tax profits. Pre-tax profits fell to €31.22 in the six months to September, from €35.25 in the same period last year. Turnover fell 4.1% to €975m.
