Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has hit back at reports Michael Moore is releasing a Fahrenheit 9/11 sequel through another production company because of an ongoing feud with the filmmaker.

The Afghan government has banned 'The Kite Runner' film from cinemas and DVD shops, an official said today, although Afghan shop owners with stalls at US military bases are still selling the movie there.
