The Royal Ulster Constabulary was the role model for other police forces throughout the UK in the treatment of traumatised officers, a court was told today.

MORE than 5,000 police officers who claim they suffered trauma during 30 years of trouble in the North yesterday began a High Court action that could result in a €150 million pay-out.
