A 41-YEAR-OLD Co Cork farmer has launched his campaign for election as deputy president of the Irish Farmers Association.

ALL farmers in Co Cork have been urged to avail of the chance to clear the backlog of waste silage plastic off their farms under a collection scheme commencing on Tuesday.
