SHARES in Ovoca Resources gained 2c, or 15%, after the exploration company said it had completed the takeover of a 78% stake in mineral company Norplat.

MINERAL exploration company Ovoca has signed a deal to take a 78% interest in exploration firm Norplat.

Exploration company Ovoca Resources has entered into a heads of agreement to acquire a 78% interest in the share capital and an option to acquire the remaining issued share capital and warrants of the private exploration company Norplat Limited.
