Supermac's has won its long running case against McDonald's to have the use of the "Big Mac" trademark cancelled throughout Europe.

The Irish public’s love of the ‘Big Mac’ has shown no sign of abating as profits and revenues increased at the Irish arm of McDonald’s.

Supermac’s has withdrawn its application to register its brand in Australia in the latest twist in its brand war with fast food giant, McDonald’s.
