Britney Spears will face a fresh child abuse probe by social services - her former bodyguard Tony Barretto has made an official complaint against the star.

Britney Spears has been cleared of all allegations of child abuse in relation to her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Lawyer Gloria Allred said that Los Angeles County officials have turned down her request that Michael Jackson’s three children be removed from his custody, but said she would bring the matter to a juvenile court judge.
