A LIMERICK company which installed the floodlighting at Thomond Park and the new greyhound stadium in the city has gone into liquidation with the loss of 50 jobs.

Cork: The Linen Supply of Ireland (LSI) has emerged from examinership with chief financial officer Joerg Lankers saying the company is delighted that the restructuring of the business had led to the creation of 75 extra jobs at its Cork plant.

Linen Supply of Ireland said today that around 200 of its employees are likely to be made redundant.
