Update 7.23pm: The search for a man missing off the coast of Co Clare is being wound down this evening, but will resume again tomorrow.

The search for a missing Japanese tourist feared drowned in the sea off Co Clare has been formally stood down after 21 days.

A body recovered from the sea in Co Clare has been identified as that of a man in his 70s, whose boat capsized in Kilkee Bay on Thursday.

The rowing boat of Dr Nemad Balic, missing for over two weeks, has been found off the coast of Clare.
