THE former publisher of In Dublin magazine, Michael Hogan, who is the subject of a Revenue investigation, brought High Court proceedings yesterday to stay an application by the Revenue authorities next Monday to have his former publishing company restored to the Companies’ Register in a bid to recoup €944,573.
