More than two-thirds of Irish diners want to support local food businesses when eating out, according to a Bord Bia survey.

EATING out has survived the recession in Ireland, while diners have also discovered a far greater willingness to express their dissatisfaction, according to a survey by Bord Bia.

CRAFT butchers yesterday welcomed Bord Bia’s initiative to introduce a Just Ask campaign to promote Irish food in hotels, restaurants and other outlets.
