Jarvey drivers have secured a temporary injunction from the High Court that will allow them entry to Killarney National Park.

IT was business as usual for jarveys in Killarney National Park yesterday, despite a warning they would be barred from the tourist attraction if they did not fit dung-catching devices to their traps.

KILLARNEY’S jarveys are set to be banned from the National Park in a continuing row over horse dung.

AN ongoing row between Killarney jarveys and the town council over the issue of horse manure on the streets could end up in the courts, it emerged yesterday.
