Irish Examiner sports writer Ewan MacKenna has been named as Sports Reporter of the Year at the annual National Newspapers of Ireland awards ceremony in Dublin yesterday.

The publisher of the Irish Mail on Sunday has been found guilty of breaking consumer protection laws by publishing 26,000 Sunday Tribune look-alike editions.
