Irish SMEs foresee the UK’s proposed exit from the EU as being significantly more negative to Ireland’s economy than the pending US presidential change.

The British government is to publish a paper setting out ideas on how further tax and spending powers could be devolved to Scotland within the next fortnight, Chancellor George Osborne said today.
