Information technology group Horizon has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Irish software solutions company Enterprise Process Consulting Group Limited (EPC).

Information technology group Horizon will release first half results, for the six months ending June 30, 2005, at 7am on Thursday, September 8, the company said today.
