AS THE Irish Hospital Consultants Association voted to accept the terms of their working contract with the Department of Health, their president has described the deal as “relatively attractive”.

CONSULTANTS are optimistic that stalled negotiations with the Health Service Executive on a new contract could be back on track within weeks.
