Individual athletes who can prove they have not cheated could compete under the Olympic flag.

Letterkenny’s John Connors (17) has received a concession place from the World Snooker Association to compete on Professional Challenge Tour due to his performance in the IBSF World U21 snooker Championships in Carlow last month.
