ERNIE ELS is one of the world’s busiest golfers, otherwise he swears he would have seen the site of his new course at Hangmans Point near Kinsale long before now.

A PLANNING application for an integrated €200 million golf, equine and hotel development at the mouth of Kinsale harbour will be lodged with Cork County Council today.
