TRACK record holder Ardkill Jamie, who had a rough passage last week when failing to kennel-mate Tyrur Ted, attempts to make amends in the second quarter-final of the €35,000 to the winner Cashmans Bookmakers Irish Laurels at Curraheen Park tonight.

DROOPYS RODGER, a son of English Derby winner Droopys Scholes and also trained by Ian Reilly, smashed the track record when winning the opening second round heat of the Bar-One Racing Irish Sprint Cup over Dundalk's 400 yards on Friday.
