ARMED robbers — some dressed in drag — made off with €80 million in loot from a lightning-fast jewellery store theft in central Paris, in what police yesterday called one of France’s costliest jewel heists.

French police were today hunting for four thieves who carried out the biggest-ever jewellery raid in Paris – two of them dressed as women.

SLOANE Capital, the Limerick-based property company backed by JP McManus and John Magnier, has bought one of the most prestigious retail outlets on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills for €196 million.
