Kenyans began casting votes today in a nationwide election seen as the country’s most important – and complicated – in its 50-year history, five years after more than 1,000 people were killed in poll-related violence.

THE first strike action at Guinness in 250 years could see production of the world famous product at its Dublin base halted within weeks.

Workers at Guinness are reportedly set to begin voting today on industrial action that could include an all-out strike at the St James's Gate brewery in Dublin.
