The owner of a horse sold in 2011 has apologised before the High Court to bloodstock sales firm Goffs for making allegedly "defamatory posts" on social media about the company.

Bloodstock sales firm Goffs has claimed before the High Court it is being allegedly defamed by the part owner of a horse, which was sold in 2011.

Goffs Bloodstock Sales today launched a catalogue of two-year-olds for its inaugural Flat breeze up sale to be held at Kempton Park on Friday, March 9.
