A family of three boys were left shattered and heartbroken after their youngest son, aged just 4, was killed yesterday in a road crash.

A Dublin man who alleged he was wrongfully assaulted by gardaí after they were called to deal with an alleged disturbance involving two other people outside a licenced premises has today been awarded €60,000 damages by a High Court jury.
