GALANTAS Gold, the Canadian-registered exploration company whose chief asset is Ireland’s only commercial gold mine, in Co Tyrone, is expecting to report nearly 1,400 ounces of gold in production levels for Q4 of 2008.

GALANTAS GOLD, owner of Omagh Minerals and Galantas Irish Gold, revealed its strategy to increase shareholder value in its interim results.

THE AIM-listed Galántas Gold Corporation, which has a gold mine in development in the North, has announced that an exploration drilling programme has begun and the drill contractor — Irish Drilling Ltd — has a drill on the site.
