A SMALL home-made bomb exploded outside the headquarters of Cambodia’s royalist FUNCINPEC party yesterday, marring an otherwise peaceful election day in the troubled southeast Asian nation.

Cambodia’s election committee accused parties contesting local polls for breaking campaign rules today as violence continued to mar the run-up to the vote.
