CALYX, which employs 500 people in Ireland and Britain serving the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, is merging its nine divisions under the Calyx brand.

IT services group Calyx said that profits in the first half of the year grew by more than €1 million.

CALYX, the listed IT provider, has reported a 10% rise in profits for 2005.
