DUBLIN-BASED medical technology company Alltracel has entered into a joint-venture agreement with the Czech-based nanotechnology R&D company Elmarco, with which it already has a research agreement.

ALLTRACEL has signed an agreement with a technology specialist in the Czech Republic.
