The Dublin Homeless Executive says it is dealing with an “unprecedented demand” for services, with Focus Ireland saying homelessness is at crisis point.

THERE have been so many warnings about the housing and homelessness crisis that the sense of urgency needed to confront the problem might waiver. 

Up to 371 families with 803 children were living in emergency accommodation in Dublin last month.
