An evaluation of the ambulance service in Dublin city and county is to take place.

Nine people were stabbed, two seriously, while another man collapsed and died after a suspected drug overdose at a concert in Dublin’s Phoenix Park on Saturday, with the ambulance service “inundated” with calls.
