DSG Ireland — the electrical goods retailer that operates the Dixons, Currys and PC World brands — is to add 200 jobs over the next 12 months, in existing and new stores.

DIXONS electrical goods stores are to be re-branded in Britain under the Currys digital name. The merging of Dixons and Currys will result in an enlarged 550-shop chain.
