THE Shannon Regional Fisheries Board (SRFB) could take legal action against whoever was responsible for the Derrybrien peat landslide in Co Galway, it emerged last night.

Residents in Derrybrien in Co Galway are welcoming indications from the Government that the ESB will be made to pay compensation if they are proven to be responsible for the landslides that have affected the area.
