DUN LAOGHAIRE Rathdown County Council, in its wisdom, has seen fit to propose a change in the by-laws regarding the coastline stretching from Booterstown to Bray, prohibiting “fishing for pleasure” in all but two very small areas — Bullock and Collimore harbours.
